Last Day of First Grade!

The last day of school has finally arrived! The girls have worked so hard this year and we are so proud of them! Leauna and Lydia have loved their teachers, and we are so grateful that they have had such good teachers who truly care and work so hard with them.

We are excited to start our summer! We are looking forward to a fun summer. We have 4 weeks at the most until our next little one arrives, so it will be a busy few weeks getting ready. Great job Leauna and Lydia in first grade, we love you and we are so proud of all your hard work!

Reagan and Ryland Preschool Graduation!

Reagan and Ryland graduated from preschool on May 30, 2013! It was fun to watch them sing there songs and dance! They are such fun boys and they have absolutely loved preschool.

Proud of my little boys! It is hard to believe that they will soon be going to Kindergarten. We love you boys and we are so proud of the wonderful young men you are! Love you!

No Training Wheels!

Reagan and Ryland have been working hard at learning to ride their bikes without training wheels!

Ryland took off like a pro on his very first try. He didn't awesome but he goes fast and is a little crazy which  scares me.

Reagan did really well the first time  also. He lacked a little confidence though.

Since then he has come along very nicely. He goes slow but is very steady, and secretly I wish my others were a bit more like that.

Lydia had fun riding also!

Leauna got in on the fun.

Royden got bored watching and was begging to get in on the action.

It was really neat to watch all 4 kids ride their bikes home with out training wheels.  It is a new stage  ( for now).

Getting Closer....

Royden is getting closer and closer to walking. He likes to tease us. He will stand in the middle of the room dance a little and sit back down. Never taking a step.

I took this video of him to show my mom how he teases us, at the end he finally accidently took one step.. He is such a character. Love him!

Sunshine

We spent sometime enjoying the sunshine yesterday afternoon!

Royden loves being outside. He would stay out all day, but he hasn't learned to walk yet, and that makes it a bit more difficult.

The kids decided it would be great to have a picnic style snack time!

After snack Reagan and Ryland decided to relax in the wheel barrow.

Crazy Ryland I couldn't keep him out of it.

Ballet

Lydia and Leauna's first day of ballet!

My good friend here just opened a ballet studio. The girls have been so excited to start. They have had 2 classes so far and they love it. I love seeing them happy and learning new things!

My little fiddlers!

Every year a fiddle player comes and teaches the kids at the elementry school how to play the fiddle for a week. At the end of the week they do a little performance for the parents. The kids love it, and it is so fun to watch them learn new things.

Easter Fun!

We had a great Easter Weekend this year. It was very easy, layed back, and fun. On Saturday we dyed  eggs. The kids always love this!

The kids all got up at about 7 am to find their Easter Baskets. In our family the Easter Bunny hides our Easter Baskets (a tradition passed down from my family). I heard a few kids out looking and soon Lydia was next to me in tears. She was sure the Easter Bunny had remembered everyone but her. She had looked for her basket in the same area's as the others and when nothing was there she was devastated (she has a habbit of not looking for things too well). I was able to calm her down and convince her that she needed to look around a bit more and she was able to find it.

Royden LOVED Easter. He loved the basket and goodies. It was way too cute!

He also had to investigate the others baskets!

Me with my cute kiddos!

After Church we had a delicious meal and geared up for an egg hunt!

Lydia

Royden got in on the fun! Yes he is in a diaper because we just got done eating.

We had several egg hunts through out the day, the kids had a blast!

We switched and let the girls hide the eggs and the boys found them. We then let the boys hide them and the girls find them. The kids had as much fun hiding the eggs as they did finding them.

Leauna

Ryland. Lets just say I feel sorry for his kids when he is responsible for hiding the eggs. He wanted to dig  holes and burry them, and he wanted to lift up rocks and put them underneath. Too funny!

Royden loved it all!

We are so very thankful for our Savior Jesus Christ and all that he has done for us. We are so truly blessed with all that we have.
