Easter Fun!

We had a great Easter Weekend this year. It was very easy, layed back, and fun. On Saturday we dyed  eggs. The kids always love this!

 The kids all got up at about 7 am to find their Easter Baskets. In our family the Easter Bunny hides our Easter Baskets (a tradition passed down from my family). I heard a few kids out looking and soon Lydia was next to me in tears. She was sure the Easter Bunny had remembered everyone but her. She had looked for her basket in the same area's as the others and when nothing was there she was devastated (she has a habbit of not looking for things too well). I was able to calm her down and convince her that she needed to look around a bit more and she was able to find it.

Royden LOVED Easter. He loved the basket and goodies. It was way too cute!

 After Church we had a delicious meal and geared up for an egg hunt!

Royden got in on the fun! Yes he is in a diaper because we just got done eating.

 We had several egg hunts through out the day, the kids had a blast!

 We switched and let the girls hide the eggs and the boys found them. We then let the boys hide them and the girls find them. The kids had as much fun hiding the eggs as they did finding them.

Ryland. Lets just say I feel sorry for his kids when he is responsible for hiding the eggs. He wanted to dig  holes and burry them, and he wanted to lift up rocks and put them underneath. Too funny!

We are so very thankful for our Savior Jesus Christ and all that he has done for us. We are so truly blessed with all that we have.
